Sunday, February 17, 2008   An Update (I Can't Spite Aud Forever) I was teasing Aud when I said that I met a cowboy--I did meet a guy; however, a cowboy he was not. I met him for lunch one day, drinks another, and dinner a different day; however, nothing will become of it, methinks. He's a cute guy, and nice enough, but that initial spark seemed to disintegrate by dinner. This is the first guy that I've met that I've sparked with since meeting Ian. I've met quite a few guys out here, but none that have caught my interest beyond them being cute. Cute isn't all that interesting to me, either. I remember how Professor Jack Troy hated any piece of pottery being described as cute--if you couldn't find another adjective to describe the piece, it was crap. I believe that philosophy can be applied liberally to boys--I need to be able to describe them in terms other than cute, otherwise, they're crap.
