Monday, December 26, 2005   Best Christmas Ever Christmas with Ian kicked so much ass. I am now the proud mama of the world's greatest gravel mixer (the 6 quart professional series, not the 5 quart as shown), a dead duck from Archie McPhee, a handful of pirates, some kick-ass toe socks, and the best almanac ever. The best part about the mixer was that he totally surprised me with it. I told him that's what I wanted and he told me that he ordered it with Kitchen-Aid, but that they cancelled the order on him (they're discontinuing the Empire Red color in that series). He was asking what other colors I'd like, then told me that he didn't know if he'd be able to get any of them in time for Christmas. So I really wasn't expecting to get it. But I'm very happy that he got it for me. In other news, I'm spending my birthday weekend at the Bavarian Inn. :) Woohoo! posted by jaime | 9:51 PM 0 comments
