Friday, September 26, 2003   Firemen Are Hot The building across the street caught fire today. The roof caved in on itself, the brick facade is cracked and unstable. Everyone in the building is okay, and all of the animals in the building are okay. It was a huge fire. Two buildings actually burned. There were 5 ladder trucks, and not only did they have to cut off power to downtown, but they had to cut the actual power lines to get the trucks in. Lovely way to get awoken at 8 am. Really. But everything is okay now...there are no people living on the streets, we have power and water and phone back up. And I got to watch a lot of really hot men getting all sweaty and wet and dirty. Gotta love firemen. I didn't know Mercersburg had any hot guys, but it does, and they're all firemen. Yum. Guess I'll have to become an arsonist. :) posted by jaime | 9:30 PM 0 comments
