![]() Sunday, February 01, 2009 You can roll damn near anything in melted butter and sugar and nom. 1/2 cup milk 7 Tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 egg 1 1/3 cups self rising flour 1/3 cup sugar Mix all liquid ingredients together in a bowl. Add dry, mixing until combined-this will be lumpy and that's cool. Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon of batter into the bottom of a muffin tin cup--don't fill all 12 cups because you may not have enough batter for 12 muffins, depending on the size tin you are using. Spoon in 1 teaspoon of jam or preserves or whatever accompanies your peanut butter in a pb&j. Top with another teaspoon of batter. Repeat until you run out of batter. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes. Let the muffins cool slightly, while you melt some butter in a bowl and grab some granualed sugar. Roll muffin in nelted butter then sugar. Stuff into face. Repeat-at least the butter and sugar part; continuation of face stuffing is based on how much muffiny goodness your stomach can handle. posted by jaime | 8:45 PM 0 comments |
